1. College Admission Consulting

We offer professional college admission consulting services to help families understand the unique aspects and admission requirements of different private schools and develop application strategies that align with the student’s background and interests.

2. Standardized Test Score Improvement Plan

We provide specialized tutoring for standardized tests such as the ISEE and SSAT to help students improve their scores and meet the admission standards of their target schools.

3. Background and Skills Enhancement

We offer advice to help students enhance their academic background, leadership, and community service performance before applying.

4. Private School Application Phase

  • School Selection Advice: Based on the student’s academic achievements, interests, and personal traits, we assist families in selecting the most compatible schools to optimize application opportunities.
  • Student/Parent Interview Training: Tailored to the specific characteristics of private school interviews, we offer one-on-one interview preparation courses, including mock interviews, answer technique training, and confidence building.
  • Student/Parent Essay Writing: We provide professional essay writing services to help students prepare personal statements, recommendation letters, and other application materials, effectively showcasing the student’s unique strengths and characteristics.

* All application services must be completed within the application academic year.

Application Timeline

Application Year Summer(June - August)

  • Participate in summer camps or special programs: If possible, join summer camps or special programs at your target school to enhance your personal background and learn more about the school. 
  • Prepare for standardized tests: Start preparing for any required standardized tests, such as the SSAT or ISEE.

Application Year Fall(September - January)

  • Visit schools and attend interviews: Arrange campus visits and interviews, as many schools require or strongly recommend face-to-face interviews. 
  • Submit your application: Complete and submit the online application form, typically between November and January. 
  • Prepare supporting documents: Collect and submit all necessary supporting documents, including transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statements, or essays. 
  • Take standardized tests: Ensure you take the SSAT or ISEE exams before the application deadline.

Application Year Winter(December - Feburary)

  • Submit financial aid applications: If applying for financial aid, make sure to submit all necessary financial documents by the school's deadline. 
  • Complete all application requirements: Ensure all application materials and requirements are completed and submitted before the deadline.

Application Year Spring(Feburary - April)

  • Wait for admission decisions: Admission decisions are usually released in March. 
  • Respond to admission offers: Once you receive an admission offer, respond to accept or decline the decision according to the school's instructions, typically by early April.
